Ordering
We take orders online, by telephone (24 hr answering service -
01975 563 942) and by post. Work will not commence on your
Calendar until payment is received. Please contact us if you have
any enquiries about an existing order and we will be pleased to help
you. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for additional
information, including Order Cancellation and Returns.
Our prices include VAT. A standard charge for p & p has been set at
£0.50 within the UK. Discounts and postage discounts will be applied
to bulk orders over 10 units.

How to Order
Select the Calendar Type you wish to buy from our
Products page,
and click on the product picture.
You
will be asked to define the methods by which you will send your
images and captions.
Send us an email with a copy of your Paypal
receipt, with the digital images you wish to use attached. Also
add the Front Page Caption and word colour (12 words maximum)
For digital images - Name each digital image file
by month.
For posted photographs, label each clearly on the
back with the month name and your signature.
The Front Page image can be one of 12 photographs
you are sending, or a 13th separate photograph.
There is a minimum order of 1 product. Prices for
calendars are for the same set of photographs; if you wish to
purchase additional Calendars with different images, please
submit a separate order.

Sending your photographs/digital images
By Post:
Please send:
1. Your photographs, digital images (on CD)
2. A
completed Order Form
3. A
cheque or postal order (neither cash nor credit card details are
accepted by post) to
Sybacal, Cedar Croft, Parkhill Road, Alford, Aberdeenshire.
4.
Photographs sent by POST will be returned to you with your order to
the delivery
address provided.
5. You have gone to a lot of trouble to collect and
label your images for your calendar.
To avoid problems, eg.
photographs can be lost in the post, please have copies made for
your retention.
In addition, please send your photographs by Special
Delivery to further ensure safety.

Please send your photographs/digital images by email to
info@sybacal.co.uk
You
will receive email confirmation when Sybacal receives your images.
Photos
must be Jpeg and a minimum of 500k (1200 pixels wide) for best
results.
Total
file size should not exceed 10Mb which is sufficient for 12 or 13
images. If you encounter problems, send your images through more
that one email, ensuring to clearly type your Name and Order No.
within the Email Subject Heading.

General
Information
We accept colour and black and white images; Landscape or Portrait.
Although Landscape is better for enlargement, we will make all
reasonable endeavours to ensure `best fit’.
Imperfections on the photo will also appear on reproduction,
therefore please correct these prior to sending by post or via
internet; obvious `red eye’ will be removed, but Sybacal takes no
responsibility for `red eye’ which is missed or problematical to
remove.
If you scan images to email them digitally, or place on a CD, please
do at 300dpi.
Please remember that if your photo contains a border, that will also
be included on the Calendar page, unless trimmed by you.
If you wish to send a gift direct or to
another address, please let us know.

For all Sybacal Customers
Your photographs/images are your property
and will not be used by Sybacal for any purpose other than to
produce your order. Once your order has been completed and
dispatched all images will be deleted form Sybacal’s systems.
You must ensure that your images sent for reproduction to Sybacal,
do not infringe any copyright , patent, trademark, trade secret or
intellectual property right of any party. You accept and under take
that you will be liable for any action taken against Sybacal in
relation to the aforementioned and will fully indemnify Sybacal
against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a
result.
Sybacal will not accept images portraying nudity of any kind.
Sybacal will not accept images sent by any method, which are
illegal, pornographic, indecent, defamatory, offensive or obscene,
objectionable or harmful, or portraying harm to children, adults or
animals.
Sybacal’s services do not and will not assist or encourage criminal
offences, violate the rights of any party or create liability,
associated with local, national or international law and insists
that any business between you and Sybacal complies with this ethos.
